Look after your gear
A few minutes after each trip keeps your gear working for years.
The Slow Pack
- Rinse with fresh water after every trip, and always after salt water.
- Clean with mild soap and a soft brush. Skip harsh detergents and the washing machine.
- Dry with the pack open, out of direct sun.
- Lubricate the zipper. Run the included lubricant along the zipper teeth every [few trips], and after any salt exposure. A smooth zipper is a sealed zipper.
- Store dry and unzipped.
The Slow Fly Box
- Let damp flies dry with the box open before closing it for storage.
- Rinse the shell with fresh water after salt trips and wipe dry.
